This is an excellent opportunity to lead a busy, fast-paced workshop within a professional and supportive environment, ensuring the highest standards, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. A basic salary of £35,000, with a full OTE of up to £42,300 per year, is on offer. Job Duties Include: ● Lead the workshop team to deliver technical solutions promptly. ● Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure seamless customer service. ● Allocate jobs based on technical requirements and customer demand. ● Conduct daily huddles to keep the team informed and motivated. ● Inspire and mentor the team to develop their technical skills. ● Act as an ambassador for the client’s values, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
