You will supervise a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols.  You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and pro-active communication, delivering fantastic service to all customers.   Key responsibilities: Oversee and organise the workshop team. Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices. Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff. Liaise with external and internal customers to ensure work is authorised to a high standard.
