Workshop Coordinator / Parts Supervisor   Job Title - Workshop Coordinator / Parts Supervisor Location – Avonmouth Hours – Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm Salary – up to £35000 per annum   My client a large commercial vehicle manufacturer is seeking an experienced Workshop Coordinator / Parts Supervisor to join their team.   Workshop Coordinator / Parts Supervisor Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the daily opening of the workshop, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Receive and inspect parts deliveries, ensuring that all items are accounted for and in good condition. Organize and store parts inventory in a systematic and easily accessible manner. Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including stock levels, usage, and reordering requirements directly with HQ main stores. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workshop personnel. Coordinate with technicians and office controllers to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks based on parts availability. Maintain a clean and organized workshop, including proper waste disposal and adherence to cleanliness standards. Assist in daily VOR reporting and providing feedback to workshop personnel as needed.  Workshop Coordinator / Parts Supervisor Requirements: Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in parts inventory management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and suppliers. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and inventory management software. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to workshop operations.
