What you will be doing? * Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop * Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets * Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers * Achieves agreed profits and retention levels What we are looking for? If you think you’ve got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply! * Full UK Driving Licence * Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to work to timescales effectively * Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service * Experience in a main dealer environment * Strong industry knowledge * Ability to work under pressure Why work for Group 1 Automotive?
