• Starting salary from £35,000 per annum, negotiable pending experience and current earnings (applicants on a higher wage are encouraged to apply!)

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive large multi franchise dealership in the Truro area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy Commercial LCV service department, the successful Workshop Controller will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday 40 hours.

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Controller is up to £35,000 with OTE £43,000.

Duties of a Workshop Controller

• Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
• Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
• Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work

The Successful Workshop Controller will

• Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Controller role
• Strong Leadership skills
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
