The Role: As a Workshop Controller, you will assign tasks to vehicle technicians for the seamless operation of the workshop. Responsibilities: Implement effective processes for high satisfaction levels. Maximise hours sold, revenue per transaction, VHC adherence, and product sales. Motivate and develop the team to achieve daily objectives. Maintain a strong relationship with the parts department for optimal availability. Guarantee accurate completion of repair documentation. Adhere to manufacturer warranty standards consistently. Maintain a safe working environment and uphold high standards of housekeeping. Requirements: Previously worked as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role. Franchised dealership background. Basic IT literacy. Experience as a fully qualified Technician / MOT tester. (Preferred) Full UK driving licence.
