Organise workloads for engineers using scheduling systems. Raise job cards and keep customers informed on service and repair progress. Support the Service Manager and step in to cover the service department when needed.What We’re Looking For We are looking for a motivated individual with: Experience in a similar service or coordination role. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A basic technical understanding, with experience in machinery or automotive sectors being a bonus. IT proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems. A team player approach with problem-solving skills.
