Basic Salary: £30k OTE: £40k Location: Leicester Job Duties Include: To manage the process of optimising workshop resources to meet agreed departmental budgets Monitor individual training and development needs Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department Ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of brand service requirements and customer satisfaction indicator Requirements: Experience within a Workshop Controller role is advantageous Strong overall motor trade knowledge is a must for this role Proven record of being a team player Experience within a main dealership Reasons to apply: Main Dealership environment, great varied role, and a strong overall salary package This is a rare position that has come available with a main dealership as they look to bring an all-around individual into their workshop.
