Workshop Administrator – Sherburn in Elmet - up to 25K DOE       Sapphire Vehicles Services Limited is a commercial vehicle fleet management company with a service provision packaged to offer a clearly defined portfolio of support services to both new and existing companies. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Administrator to assist our busy VMU in Sherburn As the Administrator you will be responsible for: • Communicating with customers on work carried out and work completed. • Supply accurate and timely estimates for necessary work when requested. • Greet customers on site and respond to any queries via email and phone. • Prepare and maintain documentation. • Liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers • Accepting parts delivery and cross reference parts to order • Assist with purchasing of items for maintenance and breakdowns. • Updating and checking works spreadsheet on a regular basis • Play a vital role as an Administrator supporting our workshop team with a range of professional and high-quality services. As an Administrator you will have: • Previous experience using Kerridge is preferred but not essential • Previous experience using Truck file is preferred but not essential • Experience in Mercedes product is preferred but not essential • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Enjoys working in a team environment • Must have a good eye for detail and accuracy • Great organisational and time-management skills • Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Word, Office and Excel Benefits: • 22 Holiday days • Death in Service • Pension Scheme At Ballyvesey Holdings your right to privacy is important to us.
