Workshop Administrator -£30.000- £35,000 Falcon Vehicle Solutions has over 30 years’ experience in vehicle rental, offering a diverse rental fleet. We deliver a simple rental solution to our customers through simplified processes, transparent pricing structure and direct communication throughout your rental. We offer retail car rental and van rental to our customers from both our Taunton and Bridgwater offices whilst also specialising in long-term hire of LCV, HGV and trailers to both a wide-range of customers both locally in the south-west and nationally through our FalconFlex product and our bespoke contract hire solution. As the Planner & Administrator you will be responsible for: • Assisting the Workshop Controller with coordinating the daily workshop load sheet and associated activities. • Creating schedules & planning all scheduled work. • Preparing job cards both internally & externally for invoicing. • Ensuring timesheets are loaded into InspHire daily for all workshop technicians. • Ensuring the Company’s policies and procedures are always followed. • Delivering a customer-centred approach in all aspects of the role, ensuring individual     customers' needs are fully met. • Communicating with customers on work carried out and work completed. • Supply accurate and timely estimates for necessary work when requested. • Greet customers on site and respond to any queries via email and phone. • Prepare and maintain documentation. • Liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers • Updating and checking load sheet on a regular basis • Deliver great customer service to both our internal rental team, external customers, and suppliers. • To carry out any other duties appropriate to this position as necessary or as requested.
