As a Paint Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with hand and power tools. Duties: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming - Fill cracks, holes, and imperfections with putty or other fillers - Mask off areas that should not be painted - Mix paint colors according to specifications - Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns - Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of paint - Remove masking materials and clean up work area after painting is complete Requirements: - Previous experience as a Paint Prepper or similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in painting preparation - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues if necessary - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines If you are passionate about delivering high-quality work and have the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
