MSX International are currently recruiting for a Warranty Manager for our prestigious client, Toyota in Burgh Heath. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate to join us in our partnership with this successful organisation. What will I be responsible for? As our Warranty Manager, you will support MSX with the successful delivery of the multiple programmes within TGB to the agreed KPI's. Through programme development, data analysis, team coaching and process implementation, you will drive the success of the programme to meet TGB and MSXI KPI's and objectives. Your responsibilities will also include: Daily operational point of contact for Toyota GB Business Owners Fully engage the Warranty Team in the delivery of departmental Service Support objectives Forecasting the cost of administering warranty and measuring performance against budget, providing tracking reports for Senior Management, Finance and the Centre Networks Management of the UK Warranty /Quality audit process Overall responsibility for the timely processing and payment of all Centre Network claims Management of relationship with external fulfillment agency for Recall and CSC campaigns Measurement of Recall and CSC customer satisfaction and development of new processes to improve customer satisfaction Management of relationship with TME in the fulfillment of all warranty activities, particularly Warranty Policy Ensure that Warranty policy, procedures, and relevant information to support effective Warranty administration is communicated to the Centre Networks and internally Liaise with Departmental Managers and Senior Controllers to support the departments commitment to EDER of technical issues, highlighting trends and variances To maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and competence in the insurance products appropriate to this role, in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) Support to CR and Technical Support teams in the provision of warranty information as required Responsible for the achievement of SLAs for incoming calls, claims processing and PARF approvals Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per programme requirements against KPI's and targetsAs our ideal Warranty Manager, you will need to be innovative in your thinking and be able to work as part of the Product Quality and Service Support team to deliver the best levels of Warranty Product support to the Toyota and Lexus Centre Networks and internal departments. Who are we looking for? As our ideal Warranty Manager, you will come from a Dealer Franchise or OEM warranty background with demonstrable warranty operations experience. To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience: An excellent understanding of Warranty & Audit processes is essential Experience in performance forecasting against budgets Experience of implementing new & improving existing initiatives High attention to detail Working to tight time schedules, producing and maintaining a high level of quality A strong people leader who can lead, coach, and develop their team Strong reporting skill set What we can offer you: As our Warranty Manager, we can offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000.
