As a Vehicle Warranty Claims Manager, you will: Oversee day-to-day operations, productivity, SLAs, and claims spending. Monitor team productivity  Resolve claims within defined limits across multiple platforms. Act as the primary contact for queries from the UK team Conduct performance reviews for team members. Implement new training processes Conduct weekly audits, and provide feedback to Claims Analysis and People.
