Warranty Administrator – West Bromwich About the Company Our fantastic client, a family owned and run business for over a century, are looking to add a new Warranty Administrator to their team. The Group now operates out of 14 full-service dealerships spanning across the East Midlands, West Midlands, North Wales, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and South Yorkshire. Contract Type - Permanent Salary - Up to £26,000 DOE Working Hours - 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (37.5 Basic Weekly Hours) Warranty Administrator This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warranty administrator to join a successful brand and exciting dealer group. The successful candidate will be given training and progression opportunities. The warranty administrator will join a team at their HQ in West Bromwich and support the wider group with warranty claims. This will include preparing, processing and invoicing warranty claims following strict company and manufacturing guidelines. You will also monitor each claim to see the status through to final payment. Person Specification * Warranty or Service background in the automotive industry is essential * Vehicle technical knowledge would be beneficial. * Autoline / Kerridge experience would be beneficial. * Computer literate. * Excellent administration skills. * Enthusiastic & Approachable. * Able to resolve problems. * Outstanding organisation skills. * Good clear telephone manner.
