NEW WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR ROLE Eastbourne Salary: 30k + 2k bonus + benefits YOLO Recruitment is currently looking for a Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk to join their Client in East Sussex. You will be dealing with all claims & warranty for the company. Duties for the Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role: * Ensure all warranty meet the manufacturers requirements * Advise on warranty adjustments to ensure balance of warranty account. * Maintain an accurate filing system of warranty claims for audit purposes. * To manage & process warranty corrosion & body paint claims from telephone and walk in enquiries * Ensure all administrative functions & processes within the warranty department are carried out * To monitor any ‘warranty pending’ jobs. To be considered for this Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role, you must have claims or warranty experience in the motor trade. Hours for this Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role are Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. Saturday 1 in 3, 8.30 – 1.00.
