Position: Warranty Administrator Location: Near Horsham Salary: Up to £30,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator who has a genuine passion for this type of work to join a friendly team. Responsibilities: * Stay updated with all Warranty notifications and updates from our manufacturer partners. * Coordinate with dealership staff to ensure accuracy of information on job packs, including adherence to manufacturer standards, car mileage, and technician signatures. * Verify that all work has customer authorisation, evidenced by signatures, and that all supporting evidence is attached to job cards before making any claims. * Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to the prior approval process. * Liaise with manufacturer fleet and customer care departments as necessary. * Ensure fulfillment of all customer requests such as fleet commitments and special warranties. * Utilise manufacturer applications as appropriate. * Maintain internal reporting systems and identify any discrepancies. * Strive to clear all warranty invoices daily. * Conduct daily checks on work in progress (WIP), address any remaining work, and rectify issues where possible in coordination with the service manager. * Monitor daily for returned or rejected claims and rectify them through communication with the accounts department. * Ensure relevant case numbers are on the job pack and document and record car hire authority when applicable. * Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely return of all warranty parts with all paperwork correctly completed. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator is essential. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. * Fully computer literate.
