Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with a market leading specialist metal stockholder, in their recruit for multiple warehouse operatives / stock handlers. Your duties will include: Dealing with goods inwards. Safety checks on FLT’s being used, completing report(s). Locating stock within the warehouse. Handling stock and moving around the warehouse for replenishment. Stamping billets with precision and accuracy. Order picking as required, either FLT or manual picking. Please note, this is a labour-intensive position and heavy lifting is required. FLT licence / experience is advantageous for this role. Ideal candidate: Full training will be given for this role, so experience isn’t essential. The right candidate will be someone looking for long-term work, who is reliable and committed, and has a solid work history. Previous experience order picking / using a picking system. Job hoppers will not be considered.
