Goods in/Picker and delivery driver Location: Blackburn Salary: £12.90 per hour plus overtime at time and half Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays Pension: Nest Pension scheme Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm Overtime every other Saturday morning 8am to 12pm WH AM / Driving PM Summary The roll is split between goods inwards and picking in the warehouse in the morning and delivering to customers in the afternoon. Responsibilities * Checking goods in from suppliers to the advice note, making sure all items are correct. * Labelling goods and putting stock away. * Picking customer orders, making sure they are correct. * Ensure safe working practices at all times. * Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized. * Loading and unloading vehicles by using forklift and manually. * Checking parts for delivery. * Making sure parts delivered inside the required time. * Collect returns from customers. Skill and Qualifications * Computer literate. * Clean driving licence. * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Ability to work as a team are on your own. * Able to work in an organized manner. * Physically agile and dexterous * Attention to detail. * Strong time management and customer service skills. * Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures
