Located around Heathrow our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager Hours: 09.00 to 18.00 1st week and 10.00 to 19.00 2nd week Holiday: 23 days leave /8 Bank Holiday 2 day leave in the week between Christmas and New Year -33 days total Duties Include: * Organising the safe storage and layout of stock and liaising with the relevant departments regarding expected deliveries. * Be responsible for maintaining Goods In, Pick/Pack, Despatch, Stock/Inventory throughout your team. * Providing leadership and direction to your team whilst ensuring the department is run safely, efficiently and trained to a high standard. * Managing work rotas for staff under your direction. * Maintaining a high level of health and safety within the warehouse and the team. * Manage customer relationships whilst understanding client needs and respond to them pro-actively and positively whilst always providing an excellent level of customer service. * Staff development and performance management within the warehouse. * Maintaining a safe and organised traffic flow within the branch, inclusive of customers, deliveries, and company vehicles. * Maintain high levels of security within all areas. Especially TAPA procedures. * Ensure standard operating procedures are reviewed and always followed with a high level of organisation. * Put in place KPI’s and processes to manage performance
