Utilize ERP systems to enhance efficiencies, incorporating barcode technology and stock control. Manage warehouse space effectively and ensure the appropriate use of material handling equipment. Coach, train, and supervise warehouse teams to ensure top performance. Monitor and improve delivery times, transport costs, and overall logistics efficiency. Maintain driver quality standards and a low no-show rate. Analyse data, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with the purchasing team to influence procurement strategies. What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse and Logistics Manager : A strategic thinker with a proven track record in logistics or supply chain management at a senior level. Experience with ERP systems, barcode technology, and warehouse optimization. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. A resilient problem-solver who is proactive and logical in their approach. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, manage, and inspire teams. Someone who thrives on improvement, embraces change, and maintains a professional, level-headed demeanor under pressure. What You Bring: Significant experience in a supply chain or logistics management role. Hands-on knowledge of stores and goods inward processes. Proven experience managing warehouse upgrades and optimizing logistical workflows. Familiarity with working in a quality-accredited environment and compliance with ISO standards. Advanced IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
