Visual FAIRS Inspector / Gerrards Cross / Up to £42,000 Are you an experienced FAIRS Inspector? You could be progressing your career at a world class and very successful Manufacturing company who have been awarded multiple queens awards and provide a range of complex safety equipment for the Aerospace / Defence markets. Working across a range of busy manufacturing departments, you will be responsible for completing audits, overseeing quality inspection processes and supporting relative departments in a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Location / Hours: You'll be based close to Gerrards Cross, 5 days per week; you'll need to be able to drive there or be on close public transport links. Free parking available. 37hrs per week (Mon-Thur 8:00 - 17:00 / Friday 8:00 - 12:00) Requirements: Visual FAIRS inspection experience within the Aerospace Engineering sector Quality auditing experience within the Aerospace Engineering sector (desirable) You will be completing Patrol Inspection Audits and reports You will be completing First Article Inspections and reports Working knowledge and understanding in the application of AS9100 and AS9102 quality standards Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, processes and use of 2D and 3D images Ability to work as part of a team and independently Computer literacy, proficient in using Microsoft Office packages e.g, Excel / Word Familiarity with Qpulse QPM / visual IPI software and SAP or equivalent QMS systems HNC / HND / NVQ level of education and/or time served engineering apprenticeship Salary & Benefits: As a Quality Engineer, you will earn a competitive salary of up to £42,000 plus benefits including: Excellent Pension Scheme (9% non-contributory) Health care plan & Life Assurance Lunchtime Friday Finish Annual Bonus Apply now to find out more about this Quality Inspection / Engineering opportunity.
