As a Discrete Event Lead Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a Discrete Events Simulation model and documentation, modelling the process flow from concept through to delivery. In your first few weeks in this Virtual Event Lead Simulation Engineer role, you can expect to: Guide the DES model generation from concept modelling to a fully detailed mimic of the programme/system that meet design scope, operating principals, performance metrics, safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and environment objectives Lead system optimisation, cost avoidance and best practices, capturing and sharing this with relevant stakeholders Coordinate and lead projects and teams' feedback on results as required Work effectively with design teams to develop and optimise solutions considering multi-attributes within defined deadlines and time constraints.
