A Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester needed in Chatham, Kent My client is a Independent Garage Based in Chatham, Kent The ideal candidate will be an experienced vehicle technician qualified to carry out MOT tests for class 4 vehicles. **Candidates that are Vehicle Technicians but not MOT qualified are welcome to apply for the position** Working Hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30 Basic salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities: * To carry out the servicing, repairs and maintenance of customers vehicles * To carry out MOT testing services for customers vehicles * To ensure all works are to a high standard, whilst creating and maintaining customer relationships. * To work confidently alone or as part of a team. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Time served mechanic experience (Level 2 vehicle technicians will be considered also) My client are paying an excellent salary Basic Salary: £30,000 --> £40,000 dependent on experience.
