Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our KIA dealership in Brentwood. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager this position is offered on a full-time working contract paying £31,500 for 45 hours, Monday – Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays paid as overtime at time and a half, and an OTE of £40,000. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills: A full UK driving licence Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial Fantastic verbal and written English skills Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential) Key Responsibilities and Duties Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes To be considered for this opportunity please apply now
