This role focuses on ensuring fleet reliability through scheduled maintenance, efficient repairs, and breakdown management. Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee maintenance schedules for fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards. Perform routine servicing, brake repairs, and other necessary fixes on non-warranty vehicles. Coordinate warranty-related maintenance with relevant service providers. Plan and implement servicing schedules to minimize downtime. Manage breakdowns efficiently to keep the fleet operational. Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure all inspections are up to date.Qualifications and Skills: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Proven experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads.
