Key Responsibilities: Leading the build of development vehicles and lab-cars. Strategically planning vehicle/lab-car commissioning sequences. Supporting the commissioning of vehicle systems throughout the commissioning program. Analysing quality and warranty data from diverse sources to enhance vehicle reliability. Conducting root cause analysis to resolve field issues and validate corrective actions. Collaborating with component/system owners, suppliers, and manufacturing teams for issue resolution. Managing software and hardware changes for new functions and improved product efficiency. Reporting progress and challenges to both customers and internal teams. Who We Are Looking For: A professional with strong, hands-on electrical engineering skills and a "can do" attitude. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new skills and engineering concepts rapidly. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly in multicultural environments. Proven ability to report concisely and accurately to senior management. Technical Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive EE systems/component engineering, development, and testing. Background in electrical design and/or software implementation. Direct experience in vehicle system integration in an OEM/Tier 1 environment. Proficiency in commissioning and testing system architecture, including working with Electrical Architects and Suppliers. Experience in testing and validating system features on various platforms. Familiarity with Vector Canoe/Canalyser, vehicle communication busses, and vehicle power distribution topologies. Knowledge of HV working procedures and software downloading processes. Expertise in low-voltage electrical systems within a vehicle platform.
