Vehicle Parts/Stock Controller in East Bristol.  Starting salary between £30-33,000 per annum.  Performance-related bonus scheme up to £12,000 per annum (paid monthly).  45-hour week Monday to Friday.  A rare chance to join one of the UK's leading and fastest-growing accident repair solution companies.Our client, the UK’s leading automotive repair business with over 180+ locations repairing over 150,000 vehicles a year, is currently looking for a Vehicle Parts/Stock Controller for their centre in East Bristol.  Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your key responsibilities as a Parts/Stock Controller will include:  Parts Identification: Assist the repair team in identifying and obtaining the correct automotive parts. Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on parts and accessories. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels. Collaboration: Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repair jobs. Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders. System Updates: Ensure the database is kept up to date.In the first instance, our client is looking for Vehicle Parts/Stock Controller candidates with recent or current experience working in the automotive industry and who have a familiarity with vehicles. Automotive parts experience, ideally working with a similar accident repair centre, vehicle dealership, or motor factor company would be highly beneficial but is non-essential. You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system. You will also ideally hold a UK driving license with minimal points and have strong customer service/sales skills in a friendly and charismatic manner. What’s in it for you?
