Vehicle Painter/Sprayer | Reading | 7am- 5.30pm Monday-Friday | £45,000 - £50,000 Per year + bonus Our client is an accident repair centre that is part of the One Call Group of companies. It has been established for over 10 years, and is a group of insurance-approved vehicle repair centres, working to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. They specialise in car body repairs and accident crash repairs. They are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Painter and Sprayer to join their team and deliver the best customer service to their clients. Are you the right person for the job? Skilled in the profession with a minimum of 1+years’ experience in a vehicle painter or sprayer role Comfortable in a painting environment Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised Keen to support others and a cooperative team player The ability to maintain a consistently high standard whilst under pressure Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given Customer-focused and team-oriented What will your role look like? Prepare vehicles to be painted by hand or machine Mix and match paint by eye or by using computer technology to ensure correct colour match Apply primer and finishing coats using spray guns, and rub down surfaces between coats Touch up paintwork and apply polish to vehicles Remove masking papers before waxing and polishing finished paintwork Treat vehicles with rush-proofing chemicals Working in a spray booth to ensure the paint is confined to the specific areas What can you expect in return?
