Job Role - Vehicle Painter/Team Leader Location: Dorking Salary - £40,000 - £42,000 + Overtime  Hours:  Monday - Friday -  Early and Late Shift (2 weeks of Early's and 2 Weeks of Lates) Job Description of the Vehicle Painter/Team Leader We are currently looking for a Team Leader for one of my best clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of painters/preppers in the refinishing of major assemblies, sub assemblies and other items as required. The successful candidate would be responsible for production employees encouraging team spirit, good working environment, working to production targets, communicating concerns and problems to their supervisor/manager while maintaining disciplines in procedures, safety, good housekeeping and general conduct. Main Duties of the Vehicle Painter/Team Leader Ensure that all work carried out by paint shop personnel is done so in accordance with the requirements of the Company Safety Policy, Company Handbook and other Health & Safety documents related to the substances and materials used in the paint process, such as Material Safety Data Sheets. To deputise for the Supervisor or other team leaders when required. As a working team leader, painting and prepping, will continue to be a requirement of this role.
