We have a fantastic opportunity to work at the City Of Wolverhampton Council within the taxi vehicle inspection team. Location: Bilston Pay rate: £12.59 per hour Job hours: Full time, Monday to Friday( PM shifts ) Times :1.15 pm to 9.15 pm Job Description: The position requires the successful candidate to complete a number of vehicle inspections for taxi's that are registered with the local authority Wolverhampton City Council. You will be spending 80% of your time inspecting Vehicles on appointment basis and end of each day spending some time for your Administrative duties. You will be provided full training on the criteria required to complete the inspections. We are looking for candidates with good attention to detail, good communications skills, some knowledge in cars and basic admin and I.T skills. This role is will be mainly outdoors in the car park where the Private vehicle drivers will bring their cars in for inspection and compliance checks. You will be provided with canopy to shelter against any adverse or rainy weathers.
