What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician, ideally within a luxury or main dealership setting. * Expertise in diagnostic tools and software, with a keen ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues. * Meticulous attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * A collaborative and customer-focused approach.
