The Role: * Conduct inspections and assessments of damaged vehicles. * Accurately assess damage, negotiate repair costs, complete vehicle valuations, and provide detailed reports. * Adhere to high service standards and meet reporting deadlines. * Work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. What Kind of Person Are We Looking For? We're seeking candidates who: * Hold ATA VDA or IAEA qualifications or are working towards them. * Possess AQP qualification for salvage categorisation. * Demonstrate a methodical approach to work with excellent accuracy. * Are familiar with modern repair techniques and estimating systems. * Exhibit exceptional communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. * Have a good understanding of the motor insurance claims process.
