Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (Systems include Audatex). Looking at the most cost-effective repair method. Be able to explain why you believe the work is required and liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner. Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues. Working closely with any warranty or an insurance paperwork.Requirements: Minimum 1 years' experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor. You must be Qualified as Vehicle Damage Assessor via NVQ or ATA. Experience with Audatex is ESSENTIAL.
