Vehicle B2B/ Fleet Sales Executive Required * Head Office based in Canterbury * Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm * 100% Field Based & No Weekends * £25k Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission * Position available due to retirement * Establised customer base with the opportunity to make the role your own! Our client is a leading main dealership in Canterbury, and they're looking for a Vehicle B2B/ Fleet Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium automotive brand, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service to our business customers. What You’ll Do: * Generate Fleet Sales: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local businesses and corporate clients to meet and exceed sales targets. * Provide Expert Advice: Understand clients’ fleet requirements and offer tailored solutions from our range of vehicles and services. * Prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits. * Build Long-Term Relationships: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing a seamless and professional service, from initial contact to aftersales support. * Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the wider sales team and other departments to optimize customer experience. * Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, industry news, and product knowledge to maintain your competitive edge. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in an automotive setting * Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Drive: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets. * Knowledge: Understanding of fleet financing options and fleet management solutions is desirable. * Flexibility: Full UK driving license and willingness to travel locally for client visits. * Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
