RFQ Ref: RFQ(phone number removed) Position Title: VDI Citrix 2nd Line Support Duration: Contract Location: Gothenburg Description of the Assignment The client need to secure additional support and development of our CITRIX environment for the client and our customers who are using CITRIX and peripheral services. The services are hosted in both cloud and on-prem environment. Control plane is running in Citrix Cloud and all workload on-prem hosts. The Consultant is responsible for managing direct interaction with end users regarding solution requirements, including both one time and runtime deliveries in application management context. Mainly interfaces with the user(s), support and operation teams. The job requires excellent solution understanding, combined with related process knowledge, solution dependencies and interfaces. Responsibilities Understand Citrix technology solutions and advantages. Serve as the Citrix 2nd line support. Be the Single Point of contact for other IT support units and suppliers. Standard Operations Procedure for Service Desk if needed. Drive projects and assignment within the portfolio Be the bridge between users, other IT support units and suppliers. Communicate changes. Qualifications and skills required for the role Support the following areas Citrix Cloud o basic Citrix Cloud suite, Daily cases Management and collaboration ServiceDesk and Onsite. Citrix PVS (Basic knowledge) o Creation, Administration and Maintenance of vDisks Management of environment via Citrix Director (help-desk functionality) Network setup Cache Types Streaming services PVS Server upgrade Nutanix Active Directory (Basic Knowledge) Knowledge AD/GPO VMware vCenter o Basic knowledge in creation, administration, and maintenance of vCenter Knowledge of VMware ESXi / vCenter Computing and virtualization software and services Profile management Windows Server o Basic knowledge Well documented Windows 10 knowledge Linux is meriting.
