VDA and Parts Coordinator £35,000 to £38,000 per annum Hoddesdon Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm Full time Permanent Our client is an award-winning commercial vehicle repair bodyshop. Working with all the major UK insurers and numerous blue chip businesses, the company is growing rapidly and looking to expand their team. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to join the organisation and drive that growth forward. We are looking for a Vehicle Damage Assessor and Parts Coordinator to join the van repair site in Hoddesdon. The team work hard in a very fast paced industry to make sure that the customer is always happy with the repairs to their vehicle. It is a fun and friendly team who work closely to ensure that the jobs are carried out thoroughly. The Role * To order any parts needed * To keep a stock check record of all parts * To check parts are invoiced to the correct jobs * To liaise with the parts team and technicians * Carry out computerised estimates using Audatex * Compile all relevant information and complete supporting documentation * Record all estimate / repair information on in house system * Monitor progress of the vehicle through the repair process * Negotiate estimates with the Suppliers Engineer when required * To identify opportunities for non-insurance related repairs * Check for authorisations daily * To maintain and secure allocated equipment * To assist other team members as and when required Qualifications Desirable qualifications and experience; Proven experience or knowledge of working in the automotive repair industry * Some parts experience * ATA Accredited (preferred but not essential) * Customer service skills – experience of delivery high quality service to customers * Planning and organisational skills * Flexibility and adaptability managing workflow * Valid driving licence Salary £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience Location Hoddesdon EN11 Hours 7am to 4pm but negotiable 8am start If this sounds like just the role you are looking for please apply today.
