StandardAero has an exciting opportunity for a strategic Human Resources Leader to join one of the largest independent aviation service businesses in the world. The Company is a global organization with ~7000 employees working out of facilities strategically located in 55 primary locations across 6 continents. Reporting directly to the UK Senior HR Director, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Strategic Projects will be a critical member of the UK HR team and will partner closely with Senior HR Leadership at StandardAero as well as Senior Leadership within the Business Unit and Sector. The HR BP, Strategic Projects will be accountable for the leadership and delivery of key projects in the areas of Compensation and Industrial Relations. The role will be based out of the StandardAero Fleetlands facility in Gosport, England. Key responsibilities and duties: * Leads, plans and implements key strategic HR projects as directed by UK Senior HR Director. Projects may include, but are not limited to: * Deployment of the StandardAero compensation structure to Collective roles in the UK * Design and management of the UK employee engagement strategy * Apprenticeship scheme development and deployment * Integration Activities * Contract Standardisation * Policy Standardisation * Collaborates closely with global HR Central Function partners ensure understanding of and alignment to and support for key changes. * Develops, coordinates and participates in creative solutions to business challenges and cultural change * Participates in site-wide and company-wide HR initiatives as required * Performs other duties as assigned.
