Tyre Production Operative Daventry NN11 Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-13:00 (39 hours paid per week) £11.50 p/h (£12.00 when permanent- inclusive of 50p hourly attendance bonus) Temp-Perm after 8 weeks for the right person We are currently recruiting for a Tyre fitter to join a fast paced business in the Daventry area. Our client is a leading supplier into the automotive manufacturing industry and has been for 40+ years. You will be working within a small team in a warehouse environment. This role is perfect for somebody with an interest in learning a new skill, with an interest in the automotive industry. The job role will include: Consistent manual handling of tyres (25+ KG) Part and label inspection Soaking tyres Tyre inflation Fitting tyres to trims in a production line setting (100+ tyres per shift at times) Wheel balancing If you have tyre fitting experience this is beneficial but not essential.
