Truck Service Administrator Ashford Full Time / Permanent About Us Haynes Bros. Ltd is a leading truck sales, maintenance and service provider for our Iveco franchise. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to prepare retail and warranty invoices and to submit and manage warranty claims Key Responsibilities * Managing and processing warranty claims. * Ensuring claims are compliant with Iveco requirements. * Maintaining accurate service records. * Liaising between technicians, manufacturer and customers to ensure the smooth processing of claims. * Addressing customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner. * Utilising dealership management software to submit and manage claims. * Ensuring maximum recovery of warranty costs. Experience & Qualifications * Proven experience as a service administrator or in a similar role. * An understanding of vehicle systems and warranties, particularly for commercial vehicles (desirable). * Attention to detail to accurately review claims, technical data, and documentation. * Effective communication skills. * IT proficiency and ability to use workshop management software and systems, with training. * Organisational skills to track multiple claims and ensure they are processed on time.
