Transaction Manager - Blackburn

Our client, a superb employer in the motor industry is looking to recruit an experienced Transaction Manager at their main franchised car dealership.

The Role:

As Transaction Manager, your aim will be to achieve sales volumes and profit through developing and motivating the Sales Team to ensure every customer receives the very best of customer service. The role will involve managing the supply of vehicles, managing specification of products in line with local markets and sales trends. You will adhere to and maintain the high level of customer satisfaction records expected of the company.

You will be expected to maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns.

About You:

- Hold an excellent record with vehicle sales volumes and margins with a proven customer satisfaction record (i.e. CES/Mystery Shopper) and proven customer retention.

- Have the ability to motivate staff while regularly communicating with other departments from across the company in order to develop the business.

- Be of smart appearance at all times and hold a full clean UK driving licence.

Training and Development:

The successful candidate will enrolled on to all courses relevant to you and your role. As your career progresses, we offer fantastic opportunities to develop with the brand but also within the group by giving supported training and an environment where we encourage personal growth.

Salary:

Basic - 30k
OTE - £65,000

Hours:

Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 6.00pm
Weekend on weekend off

CBS Company car
30 days holiday including bank holidays increasing to 33 days with length of service
