Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Cheltenham area Working for an Automotive franchise approved car dealership, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this Premium Brand. You can expect On Target Earnings of £56,000 with a base salary of £30,000 with the working hours of: Monday - Saturday with day off in the week and one in two Sundays.   Benefits: Starting basic salary of £30,000 per annum. An uncapped and realistic on-target-earning of up to £56,000+ per annum, subject to sales performance.  Personal company car. 22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays (any bank holidays worked you will gain a day off in lieu) and your birthday off, with your holiday allowance increasing over the length of service.  Access to manufacturer-accredited training/development.
