Nu-Staff are currently working with Safran Seats to recruit a large number of Trainee Trimmers to work at their manufacturing site based in Llantarnham, Cwmbran. This role will include the production of bespoke aircraft seats for some of the world's leading airlines. Assembling specific parts in order to produce a world class final product. Essential requirements : * Previous experience of working in a Production and Manufacturing environment. * Experience of using hand tools is essential. * Excellent Attention to detail. * Computer literate and able to understand basic mathematics. * Working towards daily Production targets * Work as part of a team to overcome new challenges * Must have experience using hand tools * Able to learn new skills quickly * Able to apply your working knowledge to overcome new challenges. Hours & Pay * Days/Afternoon rotating shifts - £14.09ph (6-2.30/2.30 -11) * Days Regular - £11.74ph (7am - 4pm) * Saturday OT - x1.5 * Sunday OT x 2 The Recruitment Process * A Strong CV is required. * You will be invited to attend a recruitment day on site to showcase your assembly skills and meet the hiring managers for an informal conversation. * This will include a Mechanical test, proving you can follow diagrams and set instruction.
