Be able to work within a close-knit team environment. Be able to take initiative and think for themself. Follow instructions when working on unfamiliar tasks. Be calm under pressure. Minimum experience: 5 GCSEs at grade 4, including English Language and Maths Desirable: Previous experience in electronic / aircraft maintenance Desirable: Recreational flying experience More important than these is a willingness to learn and a motivation to succeed
