Duties & Responsibilities of a Trainee Automotive Sales Executive: * Building up trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customers expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals. * Providing product presentation, explaining the vehicle benefits and features. * Providing a comprehensive and enjoyable handover experience to all customers. * Maintaining and accurately recording all customer contact details. * Assisting sales executives by handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements. * Achieving agreed sales targets for new vehicles. * Maintaining customer relationships pre- and post-sale. * Responding to queries from new and existing customers relating to vehicle sales. * Developing and maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles. Your Background & Skill: * Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets. * Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. * Strong communication skills. * Strong selling and negotiating skills. * Hold a passion for all things automotive and wants to learn more about the industry. * Full UK Driving Licence.
