Train Cleaning Team Leader Neville Hill Depot, Leeds Initial 6-month contract (Temp to Perm) £12.40p/h Do you have experience in leading a team? Ganymede Solutions are seeking to hire a Train cleaning Team Leader to join one of the UK’s leading train operators in the North with a strong track record of investing in their staff. This is an initial 6-month contract for a Train Cleaning Team Leader with a wonderful  opportunity to be taken on permanently as the organisation continues to expand their workforce. The role: We are currently looking for an excellent leader to join the day shift cleaning team as the Train Cleaning Team Leader, based at Neville Hill Depot in Leeds. The day shift team play an essential role in ensuring a high level of service is met and as the Train Cleaning Team Leader you will be supervising and guiding the team to achieve top quality cleanliness standards whilst on shift. This role has an existing 2 week rolling rota, on a Sunday – Saturday basis. Therefore, full flexibility is required. Here is an example of your expected shift pattern. Pay Rate & Benefits The pay rate for the team leader position will be at £12.40 per hour on an initial 6-month basis. About You If this is a role which has caught your interest, here is what you need to be considered for the Train Cleaning Team Leader position at Neville Hill Depot. You will be experienced within a vehicle/industrial or house cleaning environment. Having been in a similar team leader role in a previous position will also be welcomed. Strong leadership and good communication are vital is this role as you will be overseeing a variety of individuals to achieve set targets. You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering a clean and safe environment for the travelling public. The day shift is on a rotating 2-week roster plan covering the times of 07:30am – 1700pm with the flexibility to work on weekends. Overtime is often available at managements discretion. Training is provided for depot protection, site safety and cleaning solutions. Work is undertaken in a safety critical environment so you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
