Our client is seeking a skilled Trade Parts Advisor to join their busy team in Croydon. You will be a vital link between customers and the business, playing a key role in providing exceptional service and support. Responsabilities Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Handle customer sales orders and queries professionally Upsell products and services to achieve sales targets Escalate issues to senior advisors or management as needed Look up and pre-pick customer parts orders Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls Follow company policies in all customer interactions Stay updated on products, services, and policies Requirements Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skillS Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities Experience with data management systems such as Kerridge, CDK, KEYLOOP The Package Basic salary: £27,000 - £28,000 + £35,000 OTE Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm Application Apply now with your CV if this role is for you!
