Trade Parts Advisor required in Croydon Salary DOE in the region of £25k-30k basic OTE £35k Working Hours- Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm We are looking for an experienced Trade Parts Advisor to join our client's busy team at our Parts Centre in Croydon. Duties and responsibilities • Responding to customer sales ordering, queries and customer care in an efficient and professional manner. • Escalating customer issues with senior parts advisors and management when the need arises. • Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers. • Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied. • Staying up to date with products, services and policies by attending training sessions. • Ensuring that they accurately comprehend customer requests and issues. By confirming and clarifying information. • Upselling products and services where possible and actively working towards reaching sales targets. • Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reports • Parts look up and pre pick customer orders. Qualifications and Skills • Data Management skills KEYLOOP CDK Kerridge • Excellent Communication skills: - good verbal and writing skills.
