They are looking for an exceptional professional to take ownership of vital trade compliance and quality assurance functions, ensuring seamless delivery of components that keep the aviation world flying. The Opportunity: The Trade Compliance & Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and maintaining industry-leading certifications, including EN 9120:2018 and ISO 9001:2015. This role is about more than compliance—it’s about driving smarter systems, fostering a culture of quality, and ensuring operational excellence to support ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities: Trade Compliance: * Lead regional compliance with international trade regulations, customs processes, and audits. * Manage denied party screenings, export licensing, and regulatory communications. * Train teams on critical trade compliance topics (ITAR, Incoterms, dangerous goods). Quality Management: * Oversee the development and implementation of robust Quality Management Systems (QMS). * Support internal and external audits to maintain certifications and exceed customer expectations. Risk and Business Continuity: * Identify and mitigate business risks. * Contribute to business continuity strategies and emergency preparedness planning. Process Improvement: * Present performance insights to improve efficiency and implement scalable solutions. Cultural Impact: * Champion a compliance-first mindset across the organisation. * Lead training initiatives to embed customer-focused values within teams. Looking For: * A confident leader with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage compliance and quality operations. * Analytical and detail-oriented, with a talent for problem-solving and process improvement. * Experience in cultural transformation and scalable process design is a plus. Qualifications: * Degree-level education or equivalent experience. * Lead Auditor qualification (preferred).
