My Client was launched in April 2022 and are looking for a senior employee who wants to be part of an exciting, growing global business. The quality of our exhausts is everything, so we will only hire the most skilled Fabricator/Welder with strong attention to detail, who takes pride in their work. You’ll have the opportunity to be a key member of the team who helps us to grow rapidly, and manage and develop junior members of the team to become highly skilled. About you You are a skilled Fabricator/TIG Welder, who has experience with exotic materials such as Titanium and Stainless Steel. You have previous exhaust manufacturing experience in the Motorsport or specialist Automotive industry. As a rapidly growing company, the job will be quite varied and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of things, whether it be handcrafting one of our exhausts, or training one of our new recruits. Requirements * Minimum 9 years experience as a skilled TIG welder with at least 4 of those being in the Automotive/Motorsport Industry, specifically working on exhausts * Ability to weld and fabricate by hand. We don’t use machines to cut any corners * Ability to work to tight tolerances to achieve the best quality * Fabricate item prototypes and build jigs to ensure accuracy in production * Very strong attention to detail and care and pride in your work * Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment * Experience in training and managing Benefits We are a very small, but growing team and so the opportunity for development is exponential.
