They're also called mannequins and are packed with advanced electronic instruments to measure important parameters such as stress, inertia, shock and vibration exerted when ejected from an aircraft in an emergency  You'll be designing and planning a series of complex tests by leading a team of electronics engineers and feedback into the design loop to ensure advanced escape equipment works effectively to save a life in a real emergency A background in managing small test teams is preferred as is a technical knowledge of complex test environments utilising electronics and data capture instruments.
